Hi, I’m Krista Fee, a Certified Master Relationship Specialist with over 70 certifications, an M.A in Trauma Psychology and 20 years of experience working with couples just like yours.

Why I Created This Program:

I’ve worked with countless couples who felt stuck and hopeless. I created Relationship Reset to provide an accessible, real-world, science-backed, time-tested, step-by-step solution for anyone ready to invest in building the "home" of their dreams.

In the early years I was struck by the lack of effectiveness and long-lasting change achieved by traditional therapies and wanted to shatter the same old broken system that was failing to meet the needs of individuals, couples and families. Thus the RISEUP framework was born from years of experimentation, observation, and feedback from couples who wanted more and better.

This program fuses some of the most acclaimed frameworks for understanding the challenges of individual and relational success into a single cohesive, and effective strategy. built on the shoulders of Gotman, Attachment Theory, Somatics, and Polyvagal theories to activate individual growth and healing that exponentially impacts the effectiveness and satisfaction of all three aspects of relationship: Me, You, and We.
